Ms. Kerry Spillane

Ms. Spillane began her career in education in 1997. She is committed to creating an engaging and welcoming classroom community filled with books to read and providing interesting, rigorous and relevant lessons for all her students. Ms. Spillane received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from SUNY Oneonta and a Master's Degree from the College of Staten Island in Secondary English Education where she currently serves as an adjunct professor supervising student teachers and teaching different education classes. Additionally, Ms. Spillane received a UFT Excellence in Education award in 2015 and was a L.E.A.D. recipient from St. John's University in 2013.
